Hidejiro Ishizawa Syujiro Ishizawa

1982年3月15日生まれ。2005年明治大経営学部卒。2005年に(株)オンワード樫山に営業職として入社。2008年に同社を退職し、デジタルハリウッドにてCG制作を学びながら、書籍「映像作家100人」の編集担当。2010年3月には(株)ソニックジャムに入社し、WEBディレクターとして勤務し数々のWEBや映像の制作に携わる。

In September 2013, he founded the creative agency EPOCH Inc., where, as its representative director, he produced a wide range of projects, from the rebranding of DAISO to Namie Amuro's album promotion, projection mapping for LEXUS, and promotions for LAWSON's MACHI cafe. He is also responsible for managing creators such as Kazuaki Kiriya, Tetsuya Chihara, Ryohei Shingu, Nobuaki Hongo, and Wataru Saito at the company.

2017年にはサービス開発としてクリエイターのためのプロジェクトリクルーティング機能を内包したプラットフォーム、「BAUS(バウス)」を立案し運営を行う。2018年にはEPOCHで培ったマネージメントノウハウを生かし、「えるマネージメント」、「dep Management」を立ち上げ、現在も顧問を担当し、総計46のクリエイターのマネージメント事業を統括する。2019年11月には新会社「TIME MACHINE」を立ち上げ、代表取締役に就任後、AIスケジュールコンシュルジュサービス「スケコン」を同年12月に立ち上げ、開発、運営を担当している。
